I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable for the amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the location was perfect. The hotel was situated in a nice street with big trees surrounding it, which created a pleasant atmosphere.
All was satisfactory.

Nicely presented hotel. Friendly reception staff. Rooms and shower OK. On site 24 hr tuck shop. On site restaurant with reasonable prices. Safe in room.
Inconsistent Wifi in room. Breakfast poor and not aimed at westerners. No juice available/only white bread. Breakfast staff clueless regarding service. Meals in restaurant inconsistent along with staff. One really nice lady however other staff seemed appeared sloppy. Fridge in room would be a bonus.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was incredible, especially considering the location on a street that can get quite busy during peak hours. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - they provided slippers to combat the cold tiled flooring and even had a screen door in the shower area to keep water away. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a variety of local delicacies with so many options in the vicinity.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location is very good if you're a food hunter. You can find all sorts of food along Jalan Macalister. Gurney Drive and Komtar are just nearby.
Was assign to forth floor which the wifi is not available. The lift is not available in forth floor, so we need to take lift to 3rd floor and then walk our way up to forth floor. Which is bad. (Since forth floor has no wifi and elevator, then make it cheaper.)

Clean and cozy, I had a quiet and comfortable rest at G Inn. The room had all the basic amenities like a coffee maker, mini fridge, and hairdryer. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the ample parking space was a bonus.

1. Staff were nice people. Always friendly and helpful. 2. Safe deposit box in room. 3. Hot water kettle in room. 4. Hairdryer on request. 5. Clean room, small but very good bathroom. 6. First class mattress, good sheets. 7. Room looked on to a mango tree.
1. Didn't have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. 2. I had to inform them that their WiFi router had to be reset on two occasions. 3. I like a carpeted bedroom but this was a tiled floor. 4. Small room, but okay for a short stay.

We loved the hotel's central location as it was very close to the center of town and many places of interest. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, always with big smiles on their faces. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, with comfortable beds and good showers. Another great feature was the easy parking, with helpful security guards always ready to assist us.
Nothing not to love.

Hotel was clean, room service was good, staff very informative..they helped us find the most tasty char kway teow in town for locals, which outsiders of Penang will never able to find, just walking distance from the hotel. They also showed us a Food Map and directed us how to get there E.G. best chendol, cheapest salted fish wholesaler, etc.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. the location was convenient, within walking distance to popular shopping centers and restaurants. the room also had a mini-fridge that was useful for storing drinks.
The room felt plain and lacked personality. the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat.

Young men at the counter are very nice and helpful. People at the dining hall as well as the cleaner are friendly too. Very fast wifi. They can also book taxi for you at reasonable price.
Located at around 1.5 km from Komtar which is the bus tranportation center you have to go to before you can take a bus to all the places of interest. It took me about 20 minutes to walk there. Taking buses or taxi could be slower due to the long waiting time. But if you are going to Georgetown, there is a bus stop (101) within 5 minutes' walk across the street.
